3rd Resumé’s Campaign of the Month

Brief: During Christmas, Comviq (price fighter telecom) wanted to spread joy and in wish people a merry Christmas. Specifically targeted towards people that spend most of their time online.

Solution: It was important to not do “just another Christmas campaign”, we wanted to stand out in all the noise. We tried our luck by tapping into a pretty niche internet phenomenon.

Comviq has two main characters (Karim and Christer) that has been the face of Comviq for the last decade. We let Karim and Christer do their own interpretation of the meme ‘Trumpet boy’.

Result: The video became the most liked and commented video in Comviqs Youtube history. With comments like “This is the only ad video I liked I have never done this before.” and “The people that got this idea should get a raise” we felt extra proud.
